Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Information Notice
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), as Mirap A.Ş. ("Company"), we attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this context, we process your personal data that you share with us through communication forms or during your job application process in accordance with the following principles:
1. Collection and Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data (name, surname, date of birth, contact details, resume, education level, professional experience, etc.) that you provide to us are collected and processed for the purposes of evaluating your job application, placing you in appropriate open positions, and contacting you for job interviews.
2. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your collected personal data will be retained in accordance with the relevant legislation and the Company's data retention policies for the purpose of evaluating your job application and for potential future employment opportunities. Even if your job application is not successful, your data will be kept for a certain period to be considered for future positions.
3. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data will only be shared with the relevant departments and authorized personnel within our Company and will not be transferred to third parties. However, your personal data may be transferred to relevant authorities upon request from legally authorized public institutions and organizations.
4. Security of Personal Data
The confidentiality and security of your personal data are important to us. Therefore, we take the necessary technical and administrative measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, and malicious use.
5. Your Rights Under KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- If your personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the intended purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred, either domestically or abroad,
- If your personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request the correction of these,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- To request that third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred are informed about the actions taken in connection with the correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data,
- To object to any outcome that is to your detriment arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
- To request compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You may submit a written application to exercise these rights. Your applications will be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible and within no later than 30 days.
